This is Charles Vergos’ Rendzvous Charcoal Ribs. It’s been said all over food shows and carnivorous mouths, that this is the best place for ribs. Vergos started this restuarant in 1948 when he discovered a coal chute in his diner’s basement, and soon the world would know his amazing charcoal ribs.
