Seafood Cobb and sidekick Broccoflower



So I did my seafood version of the previous cobb, and Michael gave me a BROCCOFLOWER to throw in there.  It’s a hybrid of broccoli and cauliflower. Quite the pretty mutant for me.  This has a nice crunch and would be the only thing crunchy in this salad.   This is very nutritious.  About a cup of broccoflower florets provides about two grams of protein, four grams of  carbohydrates, two grams of fiber and is an excellent source of vitamin C. Bed of watercress with bits of broccoflower,alfalfa sprouts, chopped tomatoes, parmesan and cheddar cheese, dungeness crab meat, grilled salt & pepper shrimp, served with roquefort dressing.
