When I go to the Yard House, I think of two items: Black Velvet (Wyder’s pear cider & Guinness Stout) & Lobster Garlic Noodles! This doesn’t just have lobster and lots of garlic, it has shrimp, crab, shitake mushrooms, spinach, and parmesan on top. I love the subtle creaminess of the dish. At first it doesn’t look like it has any sauce, but there’s definitely a creamy and broth like texture to it.
Michael had the Pepper Crusted Gorgonzola Burger with Crimini mushrooms, caramelized onions, and baby spinach! I love gorgonzolas so this was great to steal bites on as it was loaded with the strong cheese 🙂
