Boiling the vegetables ( We like it spicy so we use 3 jalapenos, although sometimes the jalapeños won’t give you much spice)
Meanwhile chop some onions and crumble Mexican cheese (like Panera) for the toppings
Dump boiled vegetables, couple tablespoons of salt, and a cup of cilantro in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more salt to taste.
Then pour into sauce pot and bring to simmer.
Pour bag of tortilla chips in a large pot
Get some fresh bolios (popular Mexican dinner bread), sour cream, and the onions ready at the table.
Pour sauce over chips and coat all chips by lightly mixing it and scooping sauce over with a large spoon.
Turn off heat and leave covered until steaks are ready
Serve together and top with condiments
