I’ve been craving some homemade pasta, so I gathered some unbleached flour, eggs, olive oil, salt, and got to mixing it into a doughy ball…
Packed this ball and placed into the fridge for 30….the. Took dough chunks, flattened it through this little pasta buddy into a couple of long sheets.
I rolled them up and started cutting the width I wanted my pasta…
Then I grilled some shrimp in grape seed oil, garlic, and red chili pepper flakes.
Mixed some pre-made tomato sauce…
I need to practice this more. While the taste of the pasta was enjoyed, some of the noodles were in a bit of a sticky situation, literally. I will not put myself too down just because it was still devoured 🙂
