We left the house at 3:45am and made it to The State Line at 2pm!
We made it to Sunset Bay Park at 4:45pm. That’s 14 hours flat! It was worth it! The drive was gorgeous and our yurt was adorable and had some electricity and a little wall heater. It has a picnic table out front with a bench on your covered porch.
We got up early to walk the ocean side trail and take lots of photos. We got back in the car and went to the Portland Bagel Co. This was the best bagel I have had in a long time. Unique bagels with variety of flavored cream cheeses.
Our order:
2 garlic cheesy bagels
1 with smoked salmon cream cheese (chunks of smoked salmon)
1 basil pesto cream cheese
1 bacon cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese
